I did my research and honestly I couldn't have been happier with my experience.
I ordered a custom doll (5'4'' 163cm H-cup Faina from WMDoll) with some personal changes.
When initially paying there was a hiccup so I gave them a call and was met with kindness and patience. Not only did they help me sort out the issue (which was on my end) but they didn't try to sell me short. They were super open about options and information insuring a comfortable purchase and complete transparency. I will be using SDS for any future purchases because of this!

... so first off, the doll I got, she's great (WM160A). She's a bit heavy, but I was warned on that when I first started looking for one of these things, so not a huge shock.
Customer support did a great job keeping me informed from ordering to manufacturing to shipping. Appreciate that they double checked my options prior to submitting the order as I had put in for semi loose joints, which apparently would have prevented my girl from standing. Big whoops on my part there, but they caught it for me and explained the issue, giving me the chance to fix it.

She is a perfect doll, just be careful in how you handle her and use the required silicone friendly lubricant as the vaginal opening tears quite easily even after one sexual encounter. I'd strongly advise heeding Marco's words and NOT equiping her with the oral suction mechanic as not only the paint on her lips wore off quite easily, suction mechanic is unnaturaly strong and if you're on the below average size it will risk permenantly damaging the nerves in the penis. Nothing worse than becoming impotent on the first night you get intimate with her. Otherwise the ROS head is very beautiful and asthetically pleasing! The soft gel boobs and butt are amazing and everything else going on with her is so exceptionally well detailed! Honestly - Even Better than I Imagined
I ordered and received the WM164cm F cup "Noemie". I was absolutely terrified I would get scammed, screwed, or crushed by some weird thing that is not representative of the photos (and daydreams). I was not disappointed. I must have asked SDS 25 to 30 questions, and they were patient and friendly. I felt very, very confident. Even so, I was nervous when the doll was on the way. It says 2-3 days delivery, I got it in two days.
Upon taking the doll out of the box, a few things:
1 - as they say in all good honest review sites - the doll is much heavier than you daydream about. Good news: the workout is unbelievable. In all seriousness, I am sweating, sore muscles, and cardio jacked from the activity. Testosterone higher. But.....if you think you can carry it around from room to room all the time to hide her or put in different places, you got some work to do.
2 - she is darker than all the photos show. I was absolutely fine with that.
3 - Though an F cup, at first I thought they were too small. After about 3 minutes, the scale emerged and they were PERFECT. BETTER than perfect. They are so much fun.
4 - SDS provides great wigs, I HIGHLY recommend ordering a few extras for variety.
5 - you must ABSOLUTELY watch all the SDS.com website videos on how to care for the doll, and esp on how to lift her out the first time.
6 - it's a little tough to put the head on the first time, but once you do, you quickly get hte hang of it.
7 - You WILL need time to get used to positioning the doll, and unless you have the hormones of a teenager, you may lose your 'lift' as you're bending legs, waist, shoulders, etc. It's a learning curve to get the configs how you want them.
8 - doggie style is a huge challenge for vaginal sex. For anal, no issue at all.
9 - Be very careful: your productivity for all other things in life will basically go away, esp the first few days/weeks. You will spend ALL your time playing, positioning, dressing her up, washing her (PLEASE watch their videos), standing her up, laying her down, etc.
10 - you will be surprised -shocked - at how much you enjoy buying panties and bras and outfits for her. Mine is a 164cm F Cup, and XS panties fit snug on the butt, but are STILL to big for her tiny waist. I do not mind this at all. I found myself 'cuddling' with her in her panties, standing up, for hours. Just staring at that spectacular body.

Disappointing product
The product arrived with all the options asked but the product is disappointing for mainly two important things
- anatomy placement is terrible. The design placement are way too high and so anatomically incorrect which makes the most basic position either uncomfortable or impossible.
- the removable vagina option are just to narrow and your penis will slip in-between the vagina placement hole and the removable vagina.
Minor minus :
- the make up faded in less than a week
- the warmer option device is way too long more than 230 minutes to complete and the doll is still cold.
In total I paid 2000 euro for a disappointing product. I want to highlight that the team here had great customer service and were quick to reply to any question and would recommend them but the Aibei no.

The doll is okay, my first so some learning curves.
I kinda wish I could have seen one in person first, the body is similar to the photos but looks more doll like where I was hoping for a more natural body. The breast and ass are great, the hands are delicate but not really using them. The feet are way small, just in the sense I don't think I could find any shoes for it, its about the size of pre-teen's foot, so no sexy heels for this doll. The toes are flemsy, where I wish there was more structure and maybe a stiffer foot. The clothes I picked out weren't really with it but the clothes that shipped in the box were much nicer. I haven't really used the heads that came with it, they have a foul chemical smell.
This doll is heavy. I work out and was shocked by how awkwardly heavy it was, which is okay, but getting the box up my stairs alone was fun. I did feel sorry for the FedEx lady that delivered it, whoa.
The order process was a bit convoluted which had me doubting the second time if they molded the correct doll. They did the wrong mold the first time and so there was that hesitation that wasn't nessacary.

The fine folks at SDS helped me design my first doll and fully customized her from top down. They even reached out to the factory to make sure the add ons i ordered matched the skin tone i chose.

The emails about the doll before I received it were extremely helpful and beneficial. If I ever see anyone unsure of where to order I hands down would recommend here. The doll itself is nicely detailed has a fair price, The skin feels incredibly realistic and the body paint doesn't wear down too quickly, The heads feel and look really nice and feel really realistic, The weight is just right to easily move the doll. The skeleton is perfect for keeping it's position but some parts are a little difficult to move on default, I imagine it'll get a little looser over time so it's not a problem since the doll can stand on it's own with standing feet with a little support in order to not fall over. Overall incredibly realistic for the price, Looks good in person and keeps it's position very well.

First time buying experience. Shipment was relatively fast and discrete. Box was undamaged and in good condition on arrival. However, the doll as NUMEROUS large defects in the neck, shoulder, arm, and leg. In some areas there are scuffs and in 4-5 areas there are gouges and chunks missing. Not at all what I would expect for a $2,000 item. And again, the box was in perfect condition so it was shipped with those defects from the factory. Very disappointing.
**********UPDATE: The problem was a factory issue, not the seller. The seller's customer service was excellent. They were very proactive at handling the issue and providing a fair resolution. The seller reached out to me often and responded very quickly to me while working on getting this resolved. I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I trust this seller 100%.

Do not get the removable vagina option, it WILL tear your doll.
The doll arrived with a broken nail. I didn't catch it in my initial inspection but I didn't think it was too big a deal. However, later once I moved the legs, I noticed a small tear in the vagina from where it had to stretch for the removable vagina option to be inserted. After removing the removable vagina, the tear expanded.
The double sided screws that connect the head with the body got stuck in both heads and I cannot get them out even with pliers.
Overall, I warn anyone to NOT get the removable vagina option and to use the non-screw bolts for the heads.
Besides the tearing of the vagina, the silicone material is good and the heads are nice quality. The flexibility of the skeletons are also nice. The carrying case is also very nice quality.

It doesn't get better than this. Fanreal and sexdolls-shop really overperformed.
The doll is flawless. Every little detail is picture perfect. It's heavy enough to feel realistic but not too heavy to move around, and it's proportions are accurate as advertised. It looks just like the pictures. Even the little things you'd think would be hard to replicate feel excellent, like say the way real fingers feel both soft in the tips but hard along the bone areas on the backs of the fingers? Yeah, they feel just like that. The entire body is really more realistic than I'd expected it would be, and looks and feels like the people who made it treat this business more as making art than filling a quota.
I can't speak for any of the other companies but Fanreal's product is excellent, and I'm very happy I went with sexdolls-shop to get the doll. The production timeline and shipping timeline posted on the site were accurate to how long it took to make and ship the doll which came packaged exceptionally well. The body was fixed to a wooden plate at the top of the neck over two layers of boxes and had so much shaped Styrofoam in the interior box with a faux fur blanket keeping the Styrofoam from directly touching the body of the doll that there's no way anything could've gotten smashed on it in transit, and despite it coming from seriously thousands of miles away from where I live and weighing 100+ pounds it was perfect in box when I opened it.
Both of the heads I ordered came with the doll, I do recommend getting the ROS heads which are very worth it, and all of the extras came either packaged with the doll or before the doll arrived in unassuming plastic mailers. The box the doll came in was a plain brown exterior and no one would've guessed what was inside from looking at it. I recommend sexdolls-shop themselves because although I don't know how much they have to do with the product itself they kept me updated at every step of the production process from purchase to delivery. After the doll was ordered I got a message from an actual customer service person asking what I'd like for the extra gift promo they had at the time who helped me out in navigating the options and responded to each email I sent pretty much immediately, and once the doll was actually put together they sent photos and videos of the product to make sure I was happy with it before it got shipped. They give truly above and beyond customer service.

This Doll’s breasts are great but the nipple coloring was peeling off when I opened the box. The shipping box was not labeled with a “this side up” label so the doll was flipped and stood not on the feet but on the neck. This made the doll come bent in awkward positions and could have caused skin or skeleton damage. The hymen feature was useless as it was unnoticeable so definitely not worth it. The ros head still feels difficult and awkward to have oral sex and doesn’t feel like that much of an upgrade compared to a regular head. The extra storage case I ordered came dented and feels like if I accidentally drop the doll on it, the box will collapse. So I hope it is not as flimsy as I assume it is because the doll is very heavy and awkward to handle and carry.The dolls skin and large penetrable breasts feel good to handle. The vaginal and anal cavities feel good to penetrate and simple to clean. The skeleton feels solid and is great for posing. The realistic painting for the veins is arousing and the realistic look and feel of the legs and hands is a sexy highlight. Overall the doll is excellent to cuddle and love. Customer service was competent and fast responding. I appreciate them reaching out to see if I was sure about my head options because I wanted to change my initial selection. Perfect aside from the fact that the opening wasn't an opening. There was no hole for the insert, had to take care of that myself.

I'm really happy with my purchase. My advice to potential buyers is just to thoroughly review the specifications and the shipping information the site. You shouldn't be surprised by anything if you read all the info. It was easy to track and the only issue I had was with UPS not ringing the bell (they just stuck a note to the door and left without trying for a signature). Remember that the signature is required, so make plans to receive it.

I purchased this doll on impulse. I really liked the look of the body, but ordered it with the Tifa 2 ROS head.

I ordered this body as part of a custom order and it's my first doll. The feel and look of the body is amazing. The breasts are quite large and the body is thin so it's hard to find fitting clothes but the breasts lay and bounce with a very natural look and feel. The weight makes it a little hard to move her around and pose but for all other purposes the weight adds a good amount of realism. The realistic painting add-on has fine detail that adds an impressive amount of depth. I couldn't be happier with the order.

The body also has a great feel to it and a nice firmness. Kind of like someone would if they exercised regularly but not rock hard. The face is so much more delicate in person, especially the nose. Three Months with a FunWest Doll
This is my first doll so it's hard to judge against another brand. I would totally buy another FunWest doll. I really love the softness of their TPE and their pictures match up to what you get. A fun doll that suits my tastes
She is a very fun doll that is great to look at, whether or not in use. The skeleton she has allows for various positions and can hold it's own weight if you don't have the knee or elbow joints carry it. I was expecting the eyes to be round balls, but instead they are half spheres, which doesn't really matter, just unexpected. The Gel breasts give a nice firm yet squishy feel while allowing them to hold their shape and bounce around.
Although you aren't able to fully customize your doll, being in-stock means you don't have to wait 2 months for the doll to be manufactured and shipped to customs. The service here is top notch, very little if not, no complaints whatsoever. The doll on the other hand, good quality, life-like and looks really good. The major issue is tearing, might be because of the size of the canals but I find myself having to repair the tears after use consistently. I'm maybe above average when it comes to size, would have requested a larger canal if I would have known tearing would be pretty common. Other than that no other major complaints, its just the constant maintenance is something to be truly mindful of. As usual paint does rub off overtime and surprisingly the stains that were from clothing seems to go away in a couple days after use and cleaning. Let Me Be Real - She's Fantastic!
My experience with this doll has been beyond imagination. After reviewing the photos sent by the shop, and giving the green light for the shop to send her, she arrived exactly on time and in 100% perfect shape. She was a "ready for shipping" doll - a three day wait. Did she come with everything in the promotional photos? No, but this was clear prior to shipping. She contained exactly what I ordered - a modified mouth with tongue, standing feet, and the wig. She came with a nighty, socks, and sneakers that were not in the promo photos, but that was fine with me and I believe the shoes and socks have been very helpful in keeping her feet in great shape. The rest of what I ordered arrived later. I highly recommend you get a standing doll, as I cannot imagine what it's like to carry around a doll that cannot stand. My doll weights 62 lbs and that is as much as I can handle (I'm 63 yrs old). I'm fortunate to have a discreet place to hang her in my closet behind a row of clothes. I cover her with the blanket that she arrived in as well as a white sheet that I bought to make sure she is fully hidden. The sheet comes in handy, as I can lay her on it anywhere I put her, and when I powder her or clean her, the sheet gets the excess instead of my bed or floor. After having my doll for just over two months, I think I can definitely say that I regret my purchase. Some of the issues are my fault while others are from the quality of the doll itself.
The doll is very heavy and the joints are stiff. It is difficult to pose her and I cannot enjoy any positions that involve placing her on top. This also makes cleaning very difficult. I've also had several fingernails and at least one toenail fall off. After only two months I've noticed some tearing in some areas of the TPE body.
I am very disappointed with my purchase.

Some issues that need improvement
First, I just want to say that customer service was fantastic. Marco and Laura were absolutely wonderful.
I have some issues with this doll.
1). It’s extremely heavy.
I know the point is to make it realistic, but even trying to get it to stand up can be a nightmare unless the legs are perfectly straight and you
carefully tilt the body upwards a certain way.
Several times it began to fall, and I caught it and thought I was going to get a hernia.
2). With all of this weight, trying to bend limbs can be a problem too. I keep thinking I’m accidentally going to rip off a chunk of tpe skin.
3). Wigs - I struggled a lot getting them to stay on properly. I did not see any videos about correct ways to put on wigs. I know there are hooks and latches attached to an inner skull cap. I kept trying, but still could not get the wigs to stay on. I finally started using Velcro tape - that seemed to work— sort of.
4). The head with the more realistic mouth for oral sex - the front teeth look horrible - like something from a monster movie.
5). One more side note…and This is just a suggestion:

Sexdolls-shop provided great customer service however I am disappointed in the doll and feel as if there could have been better information provided to me on the webpage where the doll was being presented. The dolls joints are too stiff , so stiff in fact that I can barely move them and I am a strong man. The feet have shredded with the bolts that were installed in the bottom and the webpage told me standing feet but did not specify whether it was with or without bolts. I finally just took the bolts out and will have to use glue to fix the many tears. The vaginal opening is torn and I was very safe and careful not to put too much stress on her when moving legs apart. The anus hole is larger than the vagina hole and the Vagina hole is much tighter than the anal hole which should be the opposite. Also the video on the webpage displaying the doll does not match the one I received . All the finger nails , toe nails and eyelashes fell off the first day and again I was very careful. The clothing provided is 5 times too large and does not fit the doll and in fact I cannot find sexy clothing to fit this doll anywhere. All in all Sexdoll-shop is a trusted vendor and I am confident in their customer service and providing you with an authentic doll however the doll itself is not worth the asking price and the quality is less than good in my opinion .

This was my first doll purchase and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality! A grade material, feels so real and definitely worth the money, although with that being said there are a few things to keep in mind, first, I vastly underestimated the weight of this doll, you see it and think “80 pounds I can handle that no problem” no, it feels much heavier than lifting an 80 pound weight at the gym it is not the same, secondly the joints are very stiff it takes almost all of my strength to move some of them like the legs for example, although I assume these will loosen over time and become easier to move so no big deal, my last and biggest critique is the articulated fingers, they move much more realistically than what I have heard about the standard wire fingers, they are definitely worth getting, but the notion that they will not end up poking through the skin like wire fingers do over time is just not true, they are better but the skin on the hands are so thin that I actually punctured one finger in the first day of use, if they would just thicken the skin some so it isn’t paper thin then I feel this could be resolved, with all that being said those were critiques about the product not the store, the site is excellent they delivered exactly what they promised and they can’t help any issues coming from the factory that made the doll, it’s like blaming wal-mart for an issue with a PlayStation console you bought, they can’t help that. My interaction with SDS has always been positive. They are very attentive, respond quickly, and do what they say they will do. You will get exactly what you want without concern of being ripped off.
The doll from Starpery is top notch, an incredible work of art, and in perfect condition upon receipt. I ordered her in silicone as I wanted a firmer texture for both feel and longevity. (I like my women toned - not mushy). It feels firm like a woman that works out, yet is soft to the touch.
The articulated fingers are a step up from wires, but the thin metal bars still stick through the silicone, so you have to be very careful. To correct this, they need to have a foam interface for the fingers just like they do with the body, thighs and calves. This should be the standard for all the extremities.
The gel breasts are incredible. There are different types of real female breasts out there. Some are light and fluffy, others are more firm and weighty. These are more firm. I highly recommend getting the gel butt option as well. I didn't and that is my one regret. The anal and vaginal textures are incredible. But the feet suck. I got the "standing feet", but by my second use they were getting torn up. So I created 1/8" thick plates that were slightly larger than the feet. I bought slightly longer bolts and spacers to offset the plates about 1/4" below the feet. So the silicone feet never touch anything.
She now stays standing in my room at all times. This one action drastically increased the longevity of the doll, and ease of use.
This is my first doll and here are my thoughts: it's not a direct replacement for a female. It's cold - so you will want to use a sun lamp, or wrap her in an electric blanket for a couple hours. It doesn't move. You have to do all the heavy lifting, and joint articulation which can be quite exhausting even for a 6' man who lifts weights. It's also a mood kill when transitioning. But the good part is she can hold any pose as long as you want. And the best part is: she never talks - no bitching/whining/complaining!
Lastly, I ordered the case: OD=64.5"H x 17.5"W x 14.5"D; ID=63"H x 16"W x 12"D; 39.5#; and is lined with 1/2" of gray high density open cell foam. The build quality is good, but the black plastic paneling and sheet metal components are thin. The unit is adequate for very light duty applications. Which does not include getting it shipped. Mine arrived with every metal corner dented, multiple scratches on the paneling and a 1.5" hole in the lid. The shipping box was a single sheet of soft/recycled cardboard.
Not what you would expect after spending almost $1,000. And it's too small for my doll unless I take her head off. Better to just make your own case for $100 and line it with styrofoam and an electric blanket.

Now for the doll. I would recommend watching their game lady tifa doll review I didn't find this before ordering and I wish I had. The details are amazing hands down the Aerith head with implanted hair is beautiful. Hair is not fully implanted though I should point that out the ponytail part is a clip on extension. Now the real annoyance is the seem that is very visible around the whole body where the molding meets very disappointing and the ass is hard fine if that's what you like the breast feel very real but don't look like full D cups looked real good in the photos but not so big in person haha. Oh well watch the review video they explain everything. All in all I think in a yr or so they will have all this perfected.

I am very happy with the doll and the service received. I was a little wary when I got the pictures from the factory, but it looked much better in person when it arrived. My only minor complaints are as follows:
The doll came with a pamphlet from WE explaining how the doll moved and worked, however I would have liked some care instructions. Sure, there is plenty of information on the internet but some of it is conflicting. I would have liked to get it straight from the source. Things like how/if to use oil, powder, etc. How to remove stains (which I will get to below). How often to clean it and how, etc. It was some trial and error and I still don't know if I have it right.
The free clothes that came with the doll are cute and fit perfectly, but they stain. And I know, I was warned about this. I was instructed to wash the clothes 3x in hot water and I did, but they still stained. I was able to get the stain out mostly with a method using whitening toothpaste I found on the web but it didn't come all the way out and I wish I hadn't used the clothes at all. Or at least removed them after 15-30 min of use.
The head doesn't stay on as well as I would like. If you are moving around a lot sometimes it can wiggle loose or even off. I tried to tighten the quick connect piece but even as tight as it would go, it wasn't quite tight enough.
But none of these things were enough to give it less than 5 stars. Overall I am very satisfied.

Grate site and grate doll.
Melina as she is known on the site. Is wonderful. She came with no defects and the hard suitcase also came with no damage. Both heads are in perfect shape aswell. Shipping took only 20days. The 2 outfits I picked are of tippicl quality for what they are. Wigs are ok quality aswell. The only cons for this beautiful doll are. The nipple walls are a bit thin and can be damaged pretty easily. Her L Sized breasts are hard to fit in a shirt and hard to find a bra for. Her feet are about a size 1 or 2 in womens they are hard to find aswell. I did have to powder her as soon as possible because when I got her she was tacky. So I cleaned,oiled and powdered her right away. She is advertised as 57.3 lbs but feels like more. This could just be the dead weight. All and all she's a 9 out of 10 for me. The site is grate and the customer service is phenomenal. They answered all my questions in the site chat and when I emailed them.

The doll is taller and heavier than advertised but still very managable. She looks just like the pics. The shrugging shoulders are kind of a pain when moving her, I didn't order them and wouldn't want them again. In every other regard this doll is absolutely fantastic. It's not just the doll, though, that's fantastic. Marco and his staff are the best to work with. I will never deal with anyone else again. Was underprepared, but not disappointed
The doll showed up faster than expected, travel crate was damaged, but I expected that from the videos and the good news is that the doll itself was intact otherwise.
Pros:
The doll is beautiful, proportions were much more realistic and less uncanny valley than I expected. I pretty much fell in love as soon as I saw it in person.
I was a little worried about fragility when reading up on the maintenance, but it's surprisingly sturdy and really does go into all the positions I want with minimal difficulty. It's clear, both from the manual and from seeing it in action, what types of positions are not good for long periods of time, but for a few minutes of fun it holds up just fine against what I need. The skin did suffer a few scratches from personal error, but the damage is minor and I was given resources for repairs.
The owner and staff are very attentive and responsive. I greatly appreciate the communication they have with their customers.
The default skin is still soft and pleasant to the touch. I couldn't stop caressing and cuddling the doll on my first night of ownership.
Cons:
The doll is HEAVY. I actually had trouble moving it.
I'm not sure if I did something wrong in assembly or if I was just being too rough, but the head is frustrating to attach and keep attached. The skin around the neck kept getting in the way, and the head popped off several times trying to move the doll.
The weakest part in terms of realism and articulation are the fingers. The frame inside the hands is very thin compared to the skin around them; the joints are very easy to move but trickier to get an exact position you want, and the hands just look and feel odd compared to a real human hand.
It's hard to get the doll properly standing even with the standing feet; my doll keeps wanting to lean a certain direction, and the last attempt at standing her caused her legs to buckle. I had to get her onto my bed, with much effort, in order to get the leverage I needed to put her legs right again; the amount of effort it takes to move the larger limbs is both a pro and a con that way.
I'm forgiving of most of these flaws as potentially human error on my part and nervousness to experiment or inability to due to the weight, and me having a few unique preferences that I don't expect the manufacturers to have planned for. All in all, I'm very happy with my doll, I just need to build up some strength to handle her better. In the meantime, I'll have to share my bed for a while until I can move her. I think I can handle that :)

Hesitant but not disappointed
This was my first doll and had some worries due lack of experience with owning one. The thing that really stuck out to me was her hole placement as it seemed any positions from the back would be challenging. But after some time and learning how to maneuver her properly despite the weight, I can say it is still very much doable from the back. The weight did catch me off guard but like I said after some time (and a sore back) I finally got the hang of how to move her around without injury and how position her effortlessly.
Something to note is the service was impeccable and very responsive. As a new prospective owner I had ALOT of questions, but Marco and Emily answered every single one in a professional and timely manner.
One last thing I'll note is that the preview images sent by the factory tend to have very harsh lighting that doesn't quite reflect the color of the finale product and will look different if seen in softer or more natural lighting. So maybe keep that in mind when giving the finale ok.

Everything I imagine her to be (and more)
A doll this size is always heavy, but the weight is in all the right places. The doll itself is thick like a milkshake, and it was top quality as you would expect. I got the gel breast and the gel breast is always stunning and fun to play with, but I feel like "non-gel breast" is more fun to grab. Detachable vaginas are always easier to clean but require more finesse when inserting. I personally don't mind the visuals for detachable vaginas but it could throw you off. Standing feet are optional, but at this point I feel that they are mandatory if you want to do more then just stay on the bed. I have yet to test the holding power of the hands but its a huge upgrade from wire hands that can go in any direction and are hard to position "life like" poses. First time buyers, go with something a bit lighter. Repeating customers, Its always worth it.

I'm giving it a 5 star (its an amazing doll), but a "good" rating for product for one reason
The bad
The ONLY reason I didn't give it a "very good" is because simply the sex doll tech (the whole field not just SDS) the joints are just massively stiff and its very easy to injure (muscle strain) yourself trying to position the product.
Now, everything else I have to say is positive.
The look - incredible, she gets you hard on her own.
The Feel - buy a heated blanket and wrap her in it if you want to cuddle her - its an unbelievable feeling if you've been lonely your whole life.
The sex - highly recommend the removable insert i can't imagine moving and cleaning her every time otherwise.
The mental - THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE, LITTLE TALKED ABOUT. To understate my battle with depression, this doll has made my boring lonely life worth living. I understand how sad that sounds but its mentally changed my outlook on life. As someone who's been to therapy for depression, this doll has felt like its constantly done more for me, and improved my mood more than any amount of therapy has (personal experience take with a grain of salt, and I also still do the therapy). Its even convinced me that I CAN provide value for a partner and I've been getting myself back into the online dating scene because of it. This doll has been, simply, purely, happiness for me.
The customer support - I cannot express this enough, I exchanged maybe 50-60 messages over the approx ~2.5 months it takes to build a doll+ship (WM). They were incredibly accommodating and understanding of various situations, and hundreds of questions about the product. If you end up buying, they will bend over backwards to make your experience be a good one. I talked mostly with "Emily" and a little with "Marco" and both were incredibly helpful. First off I am a real person and this is not a fake review! Like most of you I was very skeptical about buying my first doll. I did a bunch of research for about two and a half months trying to decide which doll that I wanted. As well as constantly looking at comments posted on Tom's website for sex doll reviews. The doll that I had been looking at was 99 lb and I'm so glad that I did not buy that and bought this one instead at 75 lb. Thinking to myself I could lift 75 lb no problem but that's not the case you're pretty much lifting dead weight in the shade of a person and it is kind of a workout haha. If any of these manufacturers started making aluminum frame dolls that would be probably the best way to go? Other than that my only other problem was I was not aware that WM dolls had sort of oily skin. And I had washed some clothes multiple times before putting them on the doll but the black yoga pants blood through and now she looks like she's got tribal tattoos on her stomach and thighs (kinda like it though) Overall I'm extremely happy with it and highly recommend sexdolls-shop.

Cons: The faces are smaller than expected and is noticeble on a full size body. The skin is soft around the arms and legs However, from the little time ive spent examining the doll id say the butt is much firmer than expected and the breasts are not as jiggly or soft as i wanted but at least its acceptable. Knowing very well that Wm ultra soft is softer i am second guessing my decision but if there is a next time i will absolutely look into ultra soft tpe.

Importance of a reliable supplier
This is my first doll. My order got into some trouble, I am in Asia and the doll is produced and shipped from China. The manufacturer produced the wrong doll with wrong color and a wrong head. Marco corrected the manufacturer and got them to produce a new doll. Throughout the process, sexdolls-shop managed the challenges of communicating with the manufacturer. Without the help from Marco and Emily, I can imagine the nightmare I would had dealing with the manufacturer and I seriously wonder if I would get the doll I ordered. Glad that I made the right choice ordering here. Great service although an unlucky not so good experience.
Eventually I did receive the doll I ordered, more than 2 weeks later than it would normally takes. The doll arrived in good packaging and is very close to my expectation. However, I did realize now that a 35kg TPE doll is different from a 35kg dumbbell. Is sure no easy task moving the 35kg TPE doll around. Another thing to note, be cautious of fabric bleeding from the clothes you put onto the doll. Do NOT assume the costumes bought from the site are bleed-free. My doll got stained pretty bad on day 3 from one of the blue costumes. Is no easy task to remove dye stain from the TPE. I am still working on it.

Great product and great service as usual
Doll is lovely, better than I anticipated actually. Both heads (2nd head free from promotion) look great on the body. Weight is a little issue but I can handle it pretty well. The only complaint I have (not directed at SDS) is I wish the dolls came with the clothes pictured instead of generic things, but minor issue I suppose. There was some minor damage to the neck from shipping but SDS is sending some TPE Glue to fix that. Highly recommended seller, great products, quick response to emails and to any dumb questions you may have. As a first time (well 4th now) doll owner having lots of questions and Marco answered every one graciously and quickly. I have dealt with two other shops and wish I hadn't as SDS is heads and shoulders above.

Lovely elf
My first purchase from his place and it was not up to what I desired. It was a good first model however since it did get me used to the weight and how to maneuver a doll. Nice shape, nice form, great feel. Biggest gripes about the doll itself: 1, the toes are super floppy. I went with the real skin option so that might be why, but there's virtually no firmness to the toes and they have no wires in them so they jiggle more than jello and they look awkward at all times. 2, the wires in the fingers are causing some issues. Maybe the TPE is too soft for this, but the fingers constantly get hung up on the wires and have almost poked through.
I didn't know what to expect, but it's still a good doll despite being naive about dolls. I exchanged many emails with Marco about the doll and the specifics and it was a great experience. The doll didn't live up entirely to my expectations, but the service greatly exceeded them. I now own 2 dolls and I alternate them in my bed depending on my mood.

Good product, great service
The doll is great. It certainly is heavy, but with some practice and time, it gets easier. Overall, the size and dimensions are great, very nice feel to the entire doll. It's definitely a meaty doll but so very well proportioned. I do wish the calves were a bit more rounded. Also, unlike my SEDoll, the wrists don't twist, which caused a bit of issue with positioning the hands for some things.
Overall, I really like this place. Recommended by Tom with his honest reviews and it's well deserved. I realized I never actually reviewed the doll so here that is:
I bought this particular doll for a few reasons. The first was that I do not have a practical way to store a full sized doll. I needed something very short to fit where it needs to go. I did not want a doll with a removable head for many reasons. Finally the proportions of the doll though obviously very small looked very realistic to me.
With no prior point of reference I had nothing to compare this doll to but I was amazed at how lifelike she looks in person. The proportioning is indeed very very nice and the vagina, mouth and anus are all very realistically sculpted. I got a built-in vagina based on Marco’s recommendation and I am glad I did. I got used to the size pretty quick (this is a toy and based on fantasy so I can deal with that) and I can honestly say there is nothing particularly ‘childlike’ about the doll aside from height. It is not a childs body by any stretch.
Here is what really impressed me. This doll can actually stand on its feet without leaning on anything. The skin feels fantastic as do all orafices and even the anus does not feel like it is in an odd spot. The doll overall has a great look.
Another very nice feature is her flexibility and the Evo skeleton which is what I opted for is well worth the extra $50. You can pose her in many incredibly sexy ways and with a few minor exceptions the skin and ‘flesh’ look very natural in almost any pose. There are great little details all over the doll that really help bring her to ‘life’
The wigs are cheap but I knew they would be. The hands likewise are pretty flimsy but again I was warned about this. The eyelashes also came off pretty easily and so did the fingernails but I can’t day any of this bothered me. I figure these are little things that I will fix myself.
Bottom line: this is a fantastic doll and for a complete first timer she has been a great experience.

Superb doll with some minor hiccups
The doll is great, build and quality is spot on, I wish the orifices were slightly more anatomically accurate in their location, but it's not a deal breaker. The TPE material is fantastic and pretty easy to take care of, boy is it a dye magnet though from clothes, already learned that lesson. She can be moved and posed with some effort depending on the joint and I'm very happy with the overall purchase. Some things to watch though:
Articulated Fingers; I've already had my pink finger 'bones' poke through, easy to reset in place, very easy to fix.
Shrugging shoulders; This option has been more of an annoyance than a good choice, the shoulder is already a decently complex joint on the dolls and this extra motion makes some adjustments annoying. especially if some parts are stiff.
Head Connection; I really feel as if this part could be done much better to help keep things in place, but there isn't much you could do besides design a custom coupling method that uses the existing threads.

Way better than expected
Quick Review: Fantastic quality but maintenance is annoying
Full Review: The doll itself is awesome, feels great, looks great, getting use to moving her and and posing can be daunting at times. I thought 100 pounds would not be too bad to move and I was definitely wrong. Moving the doll around and cleaning her is definitely a struggle, I'm in pretty good shape and I find moving her around can break way more than a sweat. She is all tits and ass so the weight distribution is really difficult to handle. Also clothing can be hard to get and even more difficult to put on her, it feels very awkward trying to put clothes on her but its usually worth it. I would definitely recommend washing those clothes once or twice before putting it on your doll as it can stain the skin as it did mine. The stain did wash off for the most part and will probably go away in the next wash. She has the super soft skin which is super fantastic, I am super glad I got it and I would recommend it but I wish I was told just how delicate the skin could be. The skin can bruise and get damaged pretty easily, I've been pretty careful but she has managed to get a few blemishes here and there. Cleaning her can be a pain, luckily my GF is cool with the doll as she knows I'm a horn dog so she helps me with cleaning her. Actual intercourse with the doll is awesome, body feels great and moves realistically to a point I did not think possible. Delivery did not take too long and the customer service is really nice.

SDS did great work
For the WM G-sup torso doll, I wasn't sure how the boob/butt proportions would be. Pictures of other bigger boobed dolls made hers seem like they might be too small for me. I think the pictures don't do the boobs justice. The measurements sounded like they would be good for me, so I took the chance. Good news: they are well more than a handful, which is perfect for me. The butt is perfect for me as well: large, well rounded, but not too big. I went with the regular skin which yes is much firmer than real skin, but I wanted this doll to last a long time. Shop with confidence with these guys. They were quick to answer the questions I had, and had the doll to me in about 4 days!! They swapped the eyes for me and all the makeup was nicely done. As a seller of these dolls, I would 100% buy from these guys again.
As far as the model of doll itself:
The only downsides are the wig - but a $15 on Amazon was a cheap and easy upgrade. The wig that came with wasn’t that bad, but the front seam was too obvious. Other than that it’s a decent wig.
As for the manufacture of the doll itself (wm doll) I’m not fond of the “tan” finish on the doll. In most light it appears too pink, and gives the impression of one of those pink erasers.
The toe and finger wires are not great - some have already broken (have had the doll for about a month and have only handled it a few times, and always carefully). The eyes are difficult to “get right”. Often the doll seems to be slightly drunk or lazy eyed unless I spend some minutes to fiddly fix the eyes. And moving the head usually causes them to drift a bit. I read an easy fix is to put marbles behind the eyes, which allows very easy adjustment. I’ll give that a shot once I need to fix her eyelashes or something.
The rest of the build quality seems good though. This particular body was smaller than I expected. The height was what I expected but upon opening the box, I was surprised to be greeted by such a small body. The pictures are very well done on this model (by someone from the doll forum community) and so they did a great job but the actual body was just smaller than I expected. Think a very sleight Asian gal or a late teenager who works out all the time and eats nothing. For example extra small underwear fit on this model, or in other words, sizes a 12 year old girl wears.
But other than that, she has a woman’s body - ass, tits and pussy all are a young adult’s and are all realistic. This may be exactly what you’re looking for, so it’s not a negative - just want to clarify in case someone else out there could use this info.

The doll met my all my expectations!
First off, I would like to thank Marco for reaching out to me in a way that shows he’s all business. You get the sense that his number one priority is to get the doll to your door as fast as possible, and that it meet all your specified requirements.
I especially like the realistic feel of the soft breast, vagina and anus. The sweet, mature face was also a compliment as I find it to be one of the most realistic of all the faces. The few soft lines add to the realism. Wish they would make more dolls like these.
The only downside to the doll is that it doesn’t move on it’s own like an actual woman. I was afraid the butt would be flattened a bit because of the long shipping (2 months), but fortunately no visible flattening whet it arrived.

This took less than a month from purchase to delivery, amazing! Customer service is exceptional. Everything on the doll review site is true about this place.
This is my first doll and she is impressive. The standout is how well the heads are made, simply gorgeous. I got 273 and 266. I was worried they wouldn't be proportionate for a 140cm doll but gladly they match incredibly well. I am only 5'8 so I'm glad I got the smaller doll.
She is airing out - hanging on a garment rack right now, hopefully the TPE smell dissipates over time. Not as bad as I imagined the smell to be however.
The toes and hands aren't the best, but that was to be expected. I will be keeping her with socks and/or shoes regardless.

First doll and I will eventually get another
I waited 3 weeks after receiving the doll to write this review because I wanted to get plenty of use out of it and be able to write a meaningful and accurate review.
Let me get the negatives out of the way first since they are few and of little significance. I asked for the wig in the pictures but that wasn't what was shown to me before it was shipped. However, because they did show me numerous pictures and asked for my approval before shipping I was able to inform them of the error and they fixed it quickly. The fingernails on the doll come off easily (1 came off so far) but I prefer short cut nails so the doll looks better without them anyway so no complaints. If I want to I'm sure I can find an appropriate glue to reattach them. My only outstanding complaint is that one of the two premium outfits has not arrived yet. I realize they are shipped separately and the first one arrived last week so it may still be on its way but I don't change the doll's outfit often anyway so it isn't a huge issue.
Now onto the positives. Customer service has been top notch. I've gotten quick responses to all my questions and concerns and all issues have been fixed quickly and easily. I highly recommend for this reason alone. The doll also shipped and arrived much sooner than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. As for the wigs they look good once you get them on right and place the strands of hair where you want them. Obviously the wigs can't compare to real hair but since this is my first time dealing with wigs in general I can't speak to their quality. I will just say that the wigs look nice and I don't otherwise mess with them so beyond that it doesn't really matter to me but if you have a thing for brushing hair then invest in an expensive wig. The doll quality itself is also very good. I found no flaws with the doll and it feels amazing. I recommend rubbing some baby powder over the doll and wrapping it with a heated blanket before use to get a life-like feel. The make-up done on the face is very good and not heavy and obvious. The joints hold their position well due to their stiffness so you have to be deliberate with how you move them but they work fine. I can have the doll wrap it's legs around my waist and hold itself in position due to it's weight and solid joints. The large hollow breasts feel great against my chest or in my hands and the butt is big and firm and all very enjoyable. I really only have positive things to say about the doll.
One thing people should be aware of is doll weight. My doll is 97 lbs. This makes it difficult to move and position because it is awkwardly shaped dead weight. Doggy style is possible if you have the standing feet and have it stand on the floor and lean over a couch or bed but you will want support pillows under it's upper abdominal or breasts since it cannot support it's own weight with it's arms without risk of damaging the arms (skin not skeleton) but then grabbing the breasts from behind becomes troublesome. I was aware of the high weight initially and wanted a heavy doll to resist pushback and such (doll stays mostly still while breasts bounce with each thrust) but I still underestimated the impact on trying to move and position the doll. Fortunately I figured out a routine for positioning, cleaning, and storage that requires minimal lifting and moving. If you struggle to dead lift 150 lbs or plan on moving your doll around a lot, or if you want to do any positions with the doll on top then I recommend looking into a doll that weighs 60 lbs or less. At some point I hope to get another much lighter doll so I can experience the things I simply cannot do with this heavier one.
Overall I'm very happy with the doll and very happy with this company so I will be getting my next doll from here as well.

Now, a rookie mistake from my side was to buy a heavy doll. (About 45 kilo's, no idea in pounds.) I'm someone with not alot off meat on my bones, so i had quiet a bit of a struggle to figure out on how to really move the doll, since i thought that it's soft skin would be ripped so easily, but it's not. It can take quiet a "beating" so to say before any deformation would occur in the TPE material.
So, the review on the doll now i bought:
It's matching quality rate to that of it's pictures is 95-98% the same. It's really good. It's really soft to the touch aswell, can be cold if you live in a cold area, so have to keep that in mind.
It's quiet squishy as well with it's breast, rear and belly that jiggles really enticingly when you move it.
The standing option is basicly a must for it, unless you want/can hold a 45 Kilo heavy doll from the ground at all times. It's this way you get to learn that you can lift it by basicly hugging it without worring that the TPE will stretch/break. It's actually does not, or atleast from what i've seen/felt.
But, as it's manual says also (It's not perfect, live everybody else.) There we're something that grinded my gears is the beginning, but i shortly after decided to just not think about it anymore; Filling holes for the hands.
So there are two tiny crevices on top on the wrists on both sides in where you can see where they filled in the TPE into the hands (Or so i belive what they've done??), but else than that. it's fitting my expectations and way beyond.
So, of couse i'm going to give this purchuse a 5/5 star rating. It deserves it. These guys who has been helping me and so many others with their purchase's, deserve it.

All shapes especially in intimates areas are perfectly rounded. EVO skeleton is much better than the standard one. I purchased Phobe 130cm piper doll and wow! First, the factory pics of my doll after production were better than the photos on Sexdolls shop (if you can believe that!) and then to top it off, Phobe looked better in person than the photos the factory sent! Just blown away! I was tempted to blow up Marco's email everyday on status reports for that lingering fear of getting scammed (I mean really, who wants to lose $1500 bucks?). First time owner, haven't been able to write the review since receiving the doll 3 weeks ago as I've been preoccupied with it- in a good way. I got the soft skin option and the skin feels wonderful, jiggly in the right areas. I got the hollow breast option, and feel this was a good choice, these feel very real and have good movement. The weight is approx 85lbs and while heavy, it is manageable...I got an electric hoist and position this on an industrial clothing rack, it makes movement a breeze. I choose this model because I like the proportions and the curves, and upon receiving these did not disappoint. Really looks wonderful. The skin is fairly fragile, there have been rips and tears here and there...however, with a cheap heat gun and watching the right tutorials these are easily repaired...and I am far from a handy man. I've made a couple repairs of the skin and thus far they've turned out fine, good as new. Maintenance is not too much of a headache, I wouldn't let that hold you back. The overall quality of the doll and craftsmanship is excellent, this is a genuine product. It arrived nearly perfect, though in customs it seemed she got some blemishes due to handling, these were remedied with some cream recommended by the vendor and after several applications she is now blemish free. What else to say? I got the product and it met and exceeded my expectations, I am very pleased with it. The vendor was very easy to work with, responsive, honest and reliable. I would recommend this vendor and likely will have another order through them in the near future. The pleasure and experience of using the doll is wonderful, better than I would have expected actually. You should expect things to happen which have happened to me, like eyelashes coming off, fingernails coming off...this is just the way it is. Again, can be remedied and replaced without too much trouble and that's what I have done. Doll was received exactly 30 days from when I ordered online. The entire process of ordering to delivery from SDS was fantastic. Iris showed up ahead of expected delivery time. My only disappointment was she did not come with the white piperdoll t-shirt and pink booty shorts. The bikini that she was clad in was a bit too large luckily im handy with a thread and needle so I just did my own alterations and they fit perfectly. The doll is better than expected. Looks great. Didn't get the soft skin because I was concerned about it getting easily damaged. It's firm, but not hard. Excellent quality. For her size, she pretty heavy. Marco is the best. Kept me updated about the work shutdown and how long the delay would be. Cool guy to deal with. So glad I bought from here. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Quality, Happy With My Purchase
The quality is even better than I expected, and I'm glad I chose to go with the TPE "soft skin" option. It's very realistic, which in my opinion outweighs the extra durability of the standard silicone. Although my order email confirmation arrived in my inbox, the email asking me to confirm my approval of the finished doll went to my spam folder. Therefore, if a lot of time has passed since you placed your order and you haven't heard anything in a while, consider checking your spam folder to see if the "approval request" email is there. Marco's communication was excellent, and he promptly replied to me when I asked him a question via email. He also gave me a heads up that it's common for the shipping weight and dimensions on the shipping company's web site to be much different than the package's actual weight and dimensions, which was the case for my order. However, what I received exactly matched the specifications I ordered. Also, I learned that certain times of year it can take longer than normal to receive your doll (e.g., Chinese New Year), and this type of delay is about the same no matter where you get your doll. Finally, I also learned that it's not uncommon for the package to sit in a random city in Asia for several days saying "in transit." This happened to me for my order, but once again, this is also relatively normal during certain times of the year, (e.g., if its Chinese New Year, if customs is backed up, etc.). I'm happy with my purchase, and I'm glad I purchased it here. Thanks Marco!

5/5 stars to this review, I could put 1/5 stars but Marco doesn't deserv it, he has been following my package all the days since the package was departed, and when i had some doubts he answer me all the time without problems. This was my first time and i have to be honest, i thought i was going to be scammed, but when i saw the packet at my home... Got everything I asked for! the sales rep was very responsive and very patient with me as I am aware I'm not an easy costumer to deal with. I overestimated my strength, thought this was gonna be easy as it is around 90lbs in the description. I shoulder press 100lbs in the gym but wow on a dead weight this feels like 200lbs atleast. should've bought the removable vag! all in all satisfied with my purchase. What a beauty!

First and foremost, my doll is exactly as advertised. Even without the photoshop magic, she is absolutely gorgeous. With the soft skin upgrade and hallowed out breasts she feels like a real human.
Oddly my doll has been a positive therapeutic intervention. I've had multiple poor relationship experiences which led me to have an extremely low self-esteem and erectile dysfunction. That all changed when I received my doll. With her drop-dead sexy looks and nonjudgmental attitude, I cannot have enough of her.
It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with Marco. Marco went the extra mile making sure everything was up to satisfaction. I can't rate Marcos customer,service high enough. I had issues with payment originally but Marco answered every call and email I had in almost no time and was extremely easy to work with. Not easy to provide a review as I don’t have a comparative baseline. The doll is very realistic in appearance and feel. Smaller than I expected but not a bad thing. Also heavier than I expected, in terms of lb to size ratio. But I’m sure that means it is sturdy. I wonder if more modern skeletal materials such as carbon fiber or aircraft aluminum would provide a more realistic weight. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase! Marco was super responsive and helpful!

Very Frail Girl
I had no delusions that this doll would be maintenance free. I did research on required care, risk of skin tears, discoloration, etc. However, what I did not expect in the first 48 hours of doll ownership: A significant tear in the elbow, discoloration in the shoulders from her outfit (despite washing it 5 times in hot water), 2 nails came off, 1 eyebrow came off, toes on one side are very floppy, small tear in one leg. I made every attempt to be cautious in handling the doll, but am already faced with substantial repairs. On a positive side, I do like the look and feel of the doll. Very realistic. And my dissatisfaction with the doll quality in no way reflects the shop's customer service. It was truly excellent service. Good communication and prompt responses throughout the process. But I am disappointed with the fragility of this doll.

TPE (soft skin) is A LOT softer than silicone, I did get the hollow breasts, they do feel akin to real breasts. the dolls looks on both head and body are very good / realistic, the skeleton could be better ... certainly not a deal breaker, for less than 2K I am satisfied with my purchase and would buy again. Marco is easy to contact via telephone and really always answered when I called. That was a huge selling / trust point for me. Doll arrived via Fed-X in unmarked Package, just a Chinese stamp on address. I gave 4 stars because I had a 7K doll at one time, was quite beautiful, but a bit too hard (silicone) so I may be a bit biased. TPE? I think I may prefer this over silicone.

I ordered lexi after a long difficult decision. I waited very impatiently. I read a lot of reviews and orderd here, I'm very glad I did. I am going to be completely honest in this review. The time you get your doll from purchase was accurate. They forgot to send the shipping info not a big deal. Once arrived the package was heavy get help if you can. Once I opened the box put on the head and wig. I couldn't believe how much better in person she looked them from her picture they sent me. I put on a brown wig and was blown away. I liked her even more. Her limbs are not stiff easy to move. Her soft skin is that soft so be careful she tears easy. I have a couple already from just moving her. Oh yeah she is heavy heavier then I had hoped. Hurt my back. Her feet with the standing option may have been a waste of money I can't seem to stand her unless she is leaning on a wall. Like I said her legs move really easy. Her feet seem are getting damaged by trying to stand her. So I put ankle socks on to protect her feet. Other then that she's beautiful. I would reccomend this site would probably order the regular skin now that I see that the soft is so fragile.
